Welcome to Rizzey. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rizzey mobile application and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using Rizzey, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Rizzey. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

Rizzey is an AI-powered application that allows users to:

• Upload screenshots or images (e.g., chats, profiles)

• Generate suggested responses (“rizz lines”)

• Copy and use generated content

• View in-app advertisements

• Use tokens or subscriptions for access

Rizzey does not guarantee the effectiveness, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated responses.

3. User Content & Responsibility

When you upload content (including screenshots, images, or text):

• You confirm you have the right to use and share that content

• You agree not to upload:

  • Illegal, harmful, or abusive content

  • Explicit or pornographic material

  • Content involving minors in inappropriate contexts

  • Private or confidential information without consent

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and how you use generated responses.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Rizzey uses artificial intelligence to generate responses:

• Outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive

• Rizzey does not guarantee success in communication or relationships

• You are responsible for reviewing and choosing whether to use generated content

5. Tokens, Purchases & Subscriptions

• Certain features require tokens or a paid subscription

• Tokens may be:

  • Purchased

  • Granted through subscriptions

• Tokens:

  • May be non-refundable unless required by law

  • Have usage limits and may expire

Subscriptions:

• Automatically renew unless canceled

• Managed through your app store account (Apple/Google)

6. Advertisements

Rizzey may display advertisements within the app:

• Ads may be personalized based on usage

• Rizzey is not responsible for:

  • Third-party products or services

  • Any transactions made with advertisers

7. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• Do not share login credentials

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account

8. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time.

Rizzey may:

• Retain certain data as required by law

• Retain limited data for fraud prevention or system integrity

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for harassment, abuse, or illegal activity

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system

• Use automated bots or scripts

• Misuse generated content to deceive or harm others

10. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the app, branding, and technology belong to Rizzey

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Rizzey is not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from use of the app

  • Outcomes of conversations or relationships

  • User-generated or AI-generated content

Use the app at your own risk.

12. Termination

Rizzey may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
